Beech's Fine Chocolates Conditions of Use

These T&C do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No contract will exist between you and Beech’s Fine Chocolates for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Beech’s Fine Chocolates accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Beech’s Fine Chocolates sends the order acceptance e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
Beech’s Fine Chocolates reserves the right refuse any order which is deemed not to have been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Beech’s Fine Chocolates also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes providing that monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer are bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Beech’s Fine Chocolates decides otherwise.
Beech’s Fine Chocolates Refund Policy
Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of Beech’s Fine Chocolates.
Our chocolates are hand finished and all are visually checked as they are hand packed into boxes, ensuring a high degree of quality. However we understand that due the nature of posting items occasionally goods may be received in a condition that is not satisfactory. If this is the case we will work with you to ensure this is remedied in a short space of time. In some cases it may be required for goods to be returned and if this is the case then they should be returned within a reasonable time (as decreed by Sale of Goods Act 1979) to the address below and we will then support your claim upon receipt.
Beech’s Fine Chocolates
Where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
Beech’s Fine Chocolates takes credit and debit card orders from most major credit cards via Pay Pal and realexpayments.co.uk. Please review payment terms upon checkout.
All of our payment transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection for your personal security and peace of mind.

Beech’s Fine Chocolates offers FREE FIRST CLASS DELIVERY on all orders over £12.00. Below £12.00 we chage £2.50 and goods are also sent out by First Class Post.
UK items will be posted within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and should be with you within 24-48 hrs. In most cases parcels should arrive by the next day if ordered before midday but please be aware though that at seasonal & busy postage times this could take longer. Beech's Fine Chocolates Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company.
If we are out of stock of a specific order item or cannot deliver the goods within this time we will inform you immediately and agree another time for delivery.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you the consumer have the right to cancel the order as required without giving a reason.
The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins on the day the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent.
Product Promotions & Discounts
When applying discount codes online the discount will be applied to the basket total at the point of checkout when the discount code is applied. Multi-buy promotions are currently product specific and are not transferrable to similar products. All offers are subject to change without notification.
Handling of Complaints
We treat complaints very seriously and will do our utmost to work with you to ensure your concerns are addressed in full.
Our policy is to :
acknowledge enquiries and complaints within 5 working days
advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint
keep the consumer informed throughout the process
